I have 15+ years of experience leading design research, strategic planning, and brand and product innovation.

I began my love for research at the University of Rochester, with a double major in Anthropology and Statistics. Upon graduation, I launched my career in market research, public relations, and product innovation at WPP and SapientNitro.

Fascinated by design thinking and cultural change I completed an MA in Experiential Design at NYU Gallatin. My interdisciplinary program combined business, design, and psychology to explore how strategic empathy creates competitive advantage for organizations.

Leaning into my passion for organizational change and design research, I spent four years re-imaging innovation and design research strategy at Intuit. I envisioned and led Intuit’s Design Studio, served as a Master Innovation Catalyst, and worked with global cross-disciplinary teams to foster deep customer empathy and product innovation.

Hungry to explore next wave technologies, I spent three years driving research for Amazon Alexa. I grew a team of researchers and designers (VUI and GUI), led research on Alexa hardware, personality, features, and skills, and defined international UX metrics that determined launch readiness, customer engagement, and future planning.

I currently lead Dropbox’s Self Service Business Research team. Focused on fostering craft excellence and compassionate leadership, I aim to build a customer centric culture rooted in data
